IBEW’s legal counsel Ellen Boardman contends that Local 26 has “vigorously “ defended the fired electrical worker’s rights and has worked out a settlement agreement with Truland Tech which “sits on the table.” It provides for Scott and his fired union brothers back pay to the date of termination, reinstatement of their jobs at the stadium or an equivalent site and a promise that the firing will be expunged from their personnel records.
It's a well done piece on some real pieces of work at Truland and, apparently also in the local AFL-CIO council. Josh, get your head out your ass.
