This image lists the items owned by each of the two candidates for president. These are the big ticket items, cars, house, and for the McSames, an airplane.
What's interesting in this image is that the spouse of an heiress can ever tell someone who EARNED everything he has out of touch. Hell, McSame thinks Americans earn more than $50 an hour.
Oh, yeah, those "fundamentals" of the economy are strong. Just not American Workers, no wait, we are, too. Gee John, don't know how many houses you own, what car you drive or how much American workers earn or that we're hard workers. How'd you ever get elected to the Senate?

Cindiloohoo has a video up on youtube that cross references the $50 an hour lettuce picking comments of McSame and the workers he mocked with that comment; construction workers. The video has examples of those jobs with the heat and kind of stuff you have to do.
I worked road crew in Ohio one summer. I dug trenches, got to spread hot asphalt, and generally worked as flagman when I wasn't working as the welder's assistant. It was hot, smelly and sweaty work, but the people I worked with were interesting, crazy, hard working, and all around fascinating. I can't imagine even one of them not being willing to work for $50 an hour picking lettuce in Yuma. For many of them, it would have been better than the kind of work they did on the roads in summer or in trucks plowing snow in winter.
McSame, you're such a jack ass. I'm pulling for a general recognition across this country of your recklessness, bad behavior and inability to comprehend what really means to put country first. The men and women you mocked and continue to mock put country first while you continue to put you first, just like your buddy, McBush.

I see this video and I think of all the workers who were brought into the areas ravaged by Katrina and how so many were not paid, forced to live in conditions worse than where they were shipped in from and the kind of work they did, with no protection...look at the devastation, see the faces and know that when McSame even bothered to show up, stay awake and vote, he voted party line, the entire time...
But as I watched the video and was frustrated, struck and angered, I also thought of how out of touch McCain is...
You see, the work that Indian workers were forced into "jobs" with promises of green cards or citizenship. Clearly, they were tricked then forced to work in conditions unfit for anyone to work, barely paid (when paid) and, well you should read up on it...
Over one hundred Indian workers rallied outside the White House Monday afternoon to demand an end to human trafficking and the exploitation of workers under guest worker programs. Workers met with Indian Ambassador Ronen Sen on Thursday to pressure him to hold their employer - Signal International - accountable for human trafficking and forcing the workers to work in slavery-like conditions (Indian Workers March on Embassy 3/28/08 UC).
Yesterday was Labor Day, and although I tried for two days to post this, I couldn't. I'd say someone was trying to stop me so this must be really important, but it was really just my connection as I'm on vacation with my kid.

A rare videoclip of John McCain from April 2006, trashing the work ethic of American workers. In it, he doubts that any American would pick lettuce, even if offered $50 per hour.Just another example of how out of touch the man who can't keep track of his houses really is, and how little he thinks of all of American workers. Cause I don't know about you, but I'd pick lettuce for $50 an hour and I'd also sign my union card with UFW so I could get water breaks and bathroom breaks.$50 an hour, does he know what migrant farm workers make?
